A little about myself
I was born in El Ranchito, Michoacan, Mexico. I've lived in Manson, WA since I was 6 years old. I attended Manson from K-12. After graduating High School I started working as a Kindergarten Para Educator at Manson Elementary. As I worked in the elementary my passion for teaching grew bigger and bigger. I decided to go to school and become a teacher. I attended evening college classes and continued working as a Para Educator. It was a long journey but well worth it.
I began teaching second grade in 2007. After 6 years I got the opportunity to teach kindergarten where I'm currently. I love teaching and the joy I see in my students faces when they learn something makes me love it even more.
I am married to Tom Alexander. We have two lovely daughters, Bianca (19) and Isabella (11). I love spending time with family and enjoy cooking.
